Read your mail anywhere

• Webmail

  Sign in from any browser to read, send and search your mail. Nothing to install.

• Phone

  Add the account to the mail app on your iPhone or Android, or to the Gmail app. We send a one-page setup guide.

• Desktop

  Use Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird. Your folders and read status stay the same on every device.

How the switch works

   Pick a plan

   Tell us your domain and how many people need a mailbox.

   We set up the domain

   We add the mailboxes and aliases and configure your DNS, or send you the exact records if someone else manages it.

3. 3

   We move your old mail

   Mail from Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or your current host is copied across with its folders.

4. 4

   Switch over

   We point your domain at the new mail service. New mail arrives there from then on, with no gap.

Questions

Do I need a new domain?

No. We use the domain you already own. If you don't have one yet, we can register it for you.

Will my website be affected?

No. Email and your website use separate DNS records, and we only change the email ones.

Can you move my existing email?

Yes. We copy your mailboxes, folders included, from Gmail, Outlook, Zoho and most other providers.

How is it billed?

Annually per user, or per domain for the Office Pack. Prices exclude 18% GST. Monthly billing is available from three mailboxes.
